This unique retreat is perfectly positioned overlooking a natural preserve on a serene protected deep waterway; providing the discriminating yachtsman or sport fisherman easy access to the Atlantic Ocean to fish & dive or just relax at nearby waterfront restaurants. Above all others, this incredible vacation getaway boasts the following features: • Four Bedroom & Baths separated into Two (2) tastefully decorated and fully equipped Two bedroom, Two bath residences across from the 12th fairway of Sombrero Country Club’s 18 hole championship golf course • Dockage accommodating small fishing boats or yachts on a 140’ continuous deep water concrete seawall and an additional 55’ x 19’ protected cut in slip for smaller yachts. Captains will appreciate the fact they have plenty of room to come about in this waterway.

Additional Rate Information

$2,650-4,500 per Week for entire property. Two bedroom rates available.
Terms of Rental:
• $1,000.00 security & reservation deposit required to reserve your desired vacation dates.
• Full amount of Rental Contract amount due between 60 - 90 days prior to occupancy.
• Rentals are weekly from 3pm Saturday - 10am Saturday.
• Cleaning Charge is currently $200.
• Pets Allowed – Please inquire. Pet Deposit required.

Four Bedroom Rates From $2,650 - $4,500 depending on rental season.

For the last 3 years my whole family has gone down in late May and early June . The three daughters loves the pool and the fact that its less that 1 hour to Key West . All us guys love the fact that the boat is right there and that were gone and fishing in less that 20 mims. We all fish right off the sea wall at night and every year thats one of our best times together. Grilling out swimming and fishing altogether right there at the house. You will find everything you need right there on Marathon Key. We are looking forward to this year (2009) vacation at the house.

We spent two weeks here, with various family members joining us for a day or two as time allowed. Everyone was very happy with the property -- a nice intimate place to hang around, not sharing a pool with strangers or having to schedule tennis court time. Pretty much the ideal Keys experience.
