The kitchen boasts an inviting sun room that is enclosed with surround window panes that let the sun pour in from morning till night. The sunroom leads out to the granite patio with granite benches offering a great place to have dinner.

The creative design of this home finds an incredible 2nd story deck off of the cathedral ceiling living room with a spectacular view of the harbor and your own private boathouse with pier for use as well.
