Property Information

This vacation home we call "Serenity " is located on the property called "Tiger 's Lair. " Serenity is in the middle of 40 acres of private property, surrounded by towering pine, oak, and cedar trees.

With a six acre pond that can be seen from most rooms of the house, you can catch brim and 14 lb. bass, go canoeing, or float along in your own paddle boat. For those looking for regeneration, curl up with a good book and a cold drink and swing your cares away on the hand-built country swing, located on the beautifully built dock or just watch the sunset melt away with your stress.

"Serenity " is a 2500 square foot, brick home with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, large open kitchen into living room with fireplace, family room with a 56 inch big screen TV, VCR, satellite, and stereo. Nothing on TV? Then choose a movie from our large video library. We even have a great selection of children 's films. Also, a fine selection of CD 's and tapes. For those who like to read - that 's taken care of, as well.

The master bedroom is located at the southwest end of the home. Furnished with a king-size bed, a futon, a large antique mirror dresser, night tables, two separate large closets, and full separate bath. Wake up early morning, sneak into the kitchen, grab a couple of cups of coffee, and exit your bedroom through the large sliding doors and have a seat on your own private patio and watch the sundance on the water as it rises.

What we call the kids room is furnished with one bunk bed (twin and full), one twin bed, desk/chair, and of course two full closets half full of toys and games, to keep them entertained for hours. We can 't forget the little ones. The third bedroom, we call the guest room is furnished with queen-size bed, twin bed, nightstands, a big walk-in closet. Keep in mind, for the larger families, there is also a sleeper sofa in living room, sleepable couches in family room, plus we can furnish sleeping bags. We just want everyone to be comfortable.

The kitchen is very spacious with an island that opens up into a living and dining room, which keeps the family together, even when someone is cooking. When we were growing up, if mom was cooking, that 's where everyone wanted to be. You have everything you need to make this house a home. Even though we don 't like the chore, we have a laundry room off the kitchen towards the garage and past the half bathroom with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

There is plenty to do on these 40 acres we call "Tiger 's Lair. " Watch for wild deer, rabbits, turkey, raccoons, and all kind of wild, furry creatures. We feel the only beast here is Serenity.
