A second floor balcony with its hand-turned balusters is located above a modern kitchen & dining area overlooking the great room with its glassed-in fieldstone fireplace and piano. A large recreation room in daylight basement includes wide-screen TV, pool table, Game table, & darts.
There are two full futons on the upstairs balcony and a full futon in the recreation room. The house can sleep 12 comfortably. Linens are provided. 6-8 person hot tub is outside overlooking the river. There is full bath adjoining master bedroom, a 3/4 bath adjoining great room, and a full bath for the other 3 bedrooms.
