Please note, the upstairs main unit has sleeping for 8 people, and the downstairs in-law apt has sleeping for 4 people (14 total is assuming infants in cribs or children on cots in addition to provided bedding). Use of the in-law apartment is an additional $1500 a week (total rent with use of in-law apartment $5100 peak season).
There are very few rental properties on Camden Harbor that enjoy the views that this house offers. No other rental property on the water in Camden can accommodate as many people. On top of all that, this house has just been updated and furnished with all new furniture and decorated by a professional designer. Tastefully decorated, we refrain from offending any neighbors by saying it is the best decorated house on the harbor - but we'll let you be the judge.

The outside deck looms over one of the best boatyards in the North East with views of million dollar yachts, the waterfalls and village of Camden.
