This Exceptional Oceanfront Penthouse is located on the sunny South Shore of Hawaii's Garden Island at Poipu. This Penthouse is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. It has 2 king size beds and a queen sleeper/sofa.
Our Completely Remodeled Luxurious condo is just 30 feet from the Blue Ocean¡¦s edge. It offers Awesome Panoramic Ocean, Coastline and Mountain views from the lanai, kitchen and living room.
You¡¦ll Wake up to the warmth of the beautiful morning sunrise over the coast, enjoy watching the Sea Turtles feed just below your lanai and drift off to sleep each night with the sights and sound of the waves pounding at your doorstep.
Don't be misled by large "oceanfront" resorts where your room is actually blocks from the water. This is the real thing: Hawaii's Garden Island of Kauai at its best!
Kuhio Shores is centrally located in Poipu and if it was any closer to the water, you'd be wet. Directly out front of your lanai is Kauai's premier surfing and snorkeling spots. Five additional beaches are located within walking distance, as are golf courses, tennis, restaurants, shopping and the spectacular Spouting Horn blow hole.

Rick and Kathy¡XWe did receive our deposit check. Thank you. As I had written previously, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at your beautiful condo. We could not have been more pleased. We did the usual tourist activities, but found that we really enjoyed just relaxing in the condo. One of the highlights of our trip was sitting on the lanai and watching the turtles feed in the afternoon. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover the great snorkeling right next door to the building. It was some of our favorite snorkeling. We did see a couple of sunrises, but were amazed at the moon rises that we saw most nights. The moon was full and it came up through some clouds and then rose above the clouds and the moonlight on the water was so beautiful. I could go on and on, but we really felt that this was the best place we have ever stayed in Hawaii. We have been to Hawaii many times, but will return to Kuhio Shores for sure! Thank you for providing such a wonder home for your guests. We had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend to our friends. . Again, thank you so much for our perfect place to stay. We had a great time in Kauai, it was our first time going and it was a great way to celebrate my graduation from medical school. The condo was great, we really enjoyed snorkeling in the cove and we often could see turtles right from our lanai while we ate lunch. We hope to return again soon, and we'll be telling our friends where to stay in Kauai!

Dear Kathy and Rick,
We are back from our stay in #407 and I just had to tell you what a
wonderful stay it was. Rick, it was just as you described and we
thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The view is incredible and the
accommodations were just what we wanted.
My husband and I were thinking or returning next May. Is there a
similar one-bedroom that you have? My son will probably not be able
to join us.

We have already received the deposit, so I suppose our vacation is officially over ƒ¼. Or is it¡Kdo we ever really leave Kauai once you have opened yourself to its wonders?
Our experience? I imagine we echo the many visitors who preceded us. To watch the sun come up over the eastern horizon is almost a religious experience. We were thrilled to watch the turtles come in to feed every evening and three of the four of us got the opportunity to actually swim with them too! Probably one of the coolest experiences of my life.
I found and secured your condo on my own and everyone raved that they couldn¡¦t have asked for a better location between the morning sun, afternoon shade, the great snorkeling that is so accessible, the beautiful walk to the Spouting Horn, watching the sun set at the Beach House, etc.
We had the opportunity to speak with Evan too so we know all that you did to remodel the place and frankly, well done! The finishes were very nice and we felt truly spoiled. Such wonderful people. We really enjoyed speaking with Evan and learning the history of the condo and picking his brain for best locations to eat, surf, etc.
All in all, a highly enjoyable experience and if we ever go back or know anyone looking to go, we will definitely be in touch with you!

Forgive me for not contacting you shortly after our return...I promptly got the flu the day after we arrived home. BUT........let me say our stay at your home was AWESOME! We loved your condo ( I will admit all of us kept getting a little shocked at constantly seeing ourselves in the mirrors..it is an age thing.;0) We could not have hoped for anything more from our stay at your home...we truly loved it.
Kauai, was absolutely beautiful, the couple excursions we did we fantastic, our disappointment was that I failed to call for a reservation for a "Smith Family Luau" in a timely fashion and were not able to go to theirs. Next time and their will be a next time. We ended up having to go to one of the hotels along with 1200 other people! Beautiful, but were sure not the same.
Again, we thank you and will keep you in mind for other friends....as well as the other information you gave us. Also thank you for being so prompt with the return of our deposit.
Oh! We loved hearing the music of Israel Kamakawiwo'ole, we have since gotten a CD,DVD, and I bought his book at the airport........fabulous!

Aloha and Mahalo. We had a wonderful time in Kauai and at your condo, so much that other members of our family could not stay away and we all had a great time. We had a great view, so beautiful to see the rising sun from the lanai, and listen to the waves at night. Our daughter's wedding out at Shipwreck was absolutely beautiful and the whole serenity of Kauai was amazing. We will defintely consider going back and keep you in mind when we do. We have already told some friends about your place and hopefully they will be enticed to go.
We enjoyed every minute of your spacious condo and met some wonderful people on site who made us feel very welcome. Again, Mahalo for everything, as our vacation was great.

It was great.
My wife and I are vets of Kauai, but that was our best trip.
Also, "Albert" (hope I got his name correct) was great. He unclogged a kitchen drain, (our fault) and got me the internet which was important for me to have. (internet helped us with our plans there too.)
We loved the turtles and surf right out front, and we were close to everything else we did.
We even did a day trip to Ohahu to see Pearl Harbor.
