Our 8, affordable, roomy condos are on the cool & breezy grounds of Kuilima Estates where city-weary travelers find rest, fitness, sports, adventure and romance in Paradise. We have several 2 level loft condos sleeping 2-6, 2 ground level one bedroom condos sleeping 2-4 and one larger multi-level sleeping up to 8 to offer you. Adjacent to the 880 acre Turtle Bay Resort grounds, these affordable condos feature several pools, BBQ areas, tennis courts and walking paths and have access to 4+ miles of hiking/walking/jogging trails, numerous beaches, golf, horse-back riding, restaurants and entertainment that wait for saavy travelers but a brief stroll up the boulevard at resort. Come relax and play with friends or family at a fraction of hotel prices! This is a great base camp for your Hawaiian adventure. We also have beach front homes to offer, so ask about these as well if you want more room on the wanter front.

$170 nightly with 5 night minimum stay
$1150 Weekly ~ $4000 monthly
1 bedroom rates (sleeps 2-4 max)
After 1/3/08 $800 weekly or $140 nightly for one bedrom condos sleeping 2-3 4 guests max at $900 weekly. $3200 Monthly
3 Bedroom 2 bath sleeping 8 is $225 Nightly for 7-14 nights, $250 nightly for less than 7 nights when offered and $5200 monthly.
We will deal on last minute open dates.
