This 2500 sq.ft. custom built 3 year old 3 bedroom, 2.5
bath home is a
statement to the naturally beautiful Hawaiian spirit.
Together, you will
gather in the huge great room, prepare meals in the
gourmet kitchen,
enjoy fresh seafood at the spectacular dining room
table, play water
games; or maybe just listen to birdsong while relaxing
in the inground
pool, just steps from the lanai and BBQ. All this is
found on
approximately one half acre of privacy and gardens.
Only 2 minutes from
spectacular ocean beaches, and minutes more to
Hanalei
Bay! The views are of the garden landscape and the
mountains and
waterfalls that lead to Bali Hai. Family and friends - up

You will enter our home through a courtyard with its
own footwash, lawn
and tropical greenery. The front door opens to a tiled
entry, and flows to
a 25 foot great room with mirrored wall, comfortably
elegant Tommy
Bahama furniture that includes three sofas (one of
which makes into a
queen bed), and a state of the art entertainment center
with large
television and CD and DVD player, board games and
books; all
surrounded with beautiful tropical plants. After a day of
sunning,
swimming, snorkeling, a spacious laundry room with
washer, dryer, sink,
ironing amenities and outside access welcomes the
sun-drenched
vacationers!
Off the great room is the elegant dining room with
pedestal glass-topped
table. The open floor plan makes conversation and
ambiance part of the
menu, as the gourmet kitchen, equipped with gas stove
and oven,
polished concrete countertops, and all needed pots,
pans, dinner service
for twelve, and unique serving pieces contribute to your
aloha experience.
Two beautiful bedrooms compliment the first floor
amenities. Down a
spacious hallway, separate from the laundry room and
half-bath, is the
romantic queen bedroom; next to this hideaway is a full
bath with tub
and shower; and nearby is the happy 'surfboard'
bedroom, decorated in a
style Duke Kahanamoku would love!
Its comfortable trundle bed will invite two dreamers to
fantasize about
the next big wave.
Follow the expansive staircase, while enjoying the
original Hawaiian
artwork displayed on the walls, to the huge master
suite - occupying the
entire second floor of this lovely home. A king sized
bed, walk-in closet,
master bath with jetted tub, shower, hardwood floors
and
Travertine stone invite you. From the windows are
views of mountains,
and even a glimpse of Bali Hai. While you may want to
take advantage of
the study with queen sofa (yes, it makes in to another
restful bed), desk
with wireless internet service, fax/phone/copier, you
might
instead choose to focus upon the entertainment center
with DVD and
television - and let your imagination and your vacation
mind bid
