This newly furnished and freshly decorated Seagrove condo is the place to make your family's beach memories! Only 1 mile east of Seaside, all of the local flavor that Scenic 30A has to offer is only a bike ride away!
Located on the ground floor, this 3 bed/2 bath end unit is beautifully decorated in bright and cheerful beachy hues. Sleeping 6, the condo features a Master King bedroom with a separate shower and soaking tub in the Master bath. The hall guest bath is shared by the Queen guest room and bunkroom. The Master King and Queen Guest bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs with local cable access for those Florida rainy days. The bunkroom includes a writing desk if you find yourself needing to stay on task during your vacation, but we hope you will find yourself out enjoying the warm sunshine and saving the workload for home! The screened patio that opens up to Point Washington State Forest is a peaceful spot to enjoy your coffee and plan out the day's itinerary.
The kitchen is fully stocked, perfect for preparing your family's meals during your stay. With an open floor plan, you'll find it enjoyable to cook while entertaining your family and friends in the living area. The living room is a cozy place to gather for board games or to catch your favorite TV show or movie. (Hint: Redbox kiosk is conveniently located at the Tom Thumb across from the beach access.)
Seagrove Highlands is conveniently positioned between 2 public beach accesses; a short 3/10 mile (approximately 5 minute walk) or bike ride. There is also another public beach access with parking and restroom facilities available nearby. The condo offers a beach wagon to tow your family's beach gear, freeing your hands for an ice cream stop on the walk back from the beach. It is a family friendly complex featuring a large pool and quaint pond with a fishing pier, nestled next to Point Washington State Forest.

Our stay at Seagrove Highlands was a great experience . We just had a wonderful week in this unit and found it a great place to spend our vacation. This main floor unit is easily accessible from the parking lot, bright and airy and newly decorated with a sophisticated beach theme. It’s only a short walk to 30A and a public beach access. Sunsets on the beach are one of a kind. The unit is spacious and well-equipped. We found everything we needed to make a meal, do a load of laundry, and relax after a day on the beach. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the three TVs allowed each of us to catch up with our favourite programs. The Wifi let us stay connected. We enjoyed morning coffee and late afternoon drinks in the screen porch, which really adds to the living space as we were able to keep the interior door open on nice days. Seagrove Highlands also has a well maintained pool area with lots of seating and grills. The small lake nearby is home to many turtles and fish which we enjoyed watching. During our vacation we ventured beyond Seagrove, exploring other nearby beach communities. What a great location for a home base. We hope to return in the future. We give it 5 stars!
