Elegant elegance combined with vintage and mid-century modern touches. This beach retreat with 1 bed and 1 bath is beautifully designed with designer touches everywhere. This is a great choice for a short family vacation or a quick romantic getaway. The balcony overlooks the gardens and is perfect for dining or sitting. It's a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon drink after a fun-in the sun beach day.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It will allow you to continue cooking and even make something with your Gulf catch. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, which has an HDTV. You can also access Netflix and Amazon Prime by logging in. To accommodate 2 additional guests, the sofa can be converted to a queen-sized sleeper. You can relax in the 2" pillow-topped queen bed after a long day. It will feel like a retreat.
Beachwood Villas are located within easy walking distance of the sugar-white beaches and azure waters. It's just a five minute walk across 30A, and you're ready for the sand. The perfect spot for a 30A rental, with easy access to miles upon miles of walking and biking trails. You have the option of two pools, one heated year round, and a toddler play area. Many local shops and restaurants are easily accessible by walking or biking.
