Property Description
The Channel House is one of our largest waterfront homes, and is located in the Northern Pond neighborhood. The house is perfect for multiple families. There are two dining areas offering a view of the sound as well as a large living room and den area. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Relax in one of the many rockers or hammocks located on the back deck while watching the kids play in the back yard or on the sandy beach area leading into the Sound.
