This cozy condo is conveniently located within walking distance to Lake Laura, Pale Fire Brewing, Smiley's ice cream and mini-golf, Burn Barrel tavern, RHouse wine bar & cafe, and the Basye Community Store.  Enjoy a nice view of Great North Mountain from the main room and dining table.  The Hillside Hideaway is only 1.5 miles from Bryce Resort’s lodge, golf course, ski/bike lifts, and restaurant & bar. 

FEATURES & AMENITIES:
The Hillside Hideaway is a one bedroom, one bathroom, lower floor unit with 11 step up to the lower deck and entry door from the parking area.  Its sits back on the lower deck with in it's own semi-private alcove with outdoor seating. This condo's decor is cool, refreshing and cozy - the perfect crash pad for many adventures into the mountains and around Shenandoah Valley.

This condo has a kitchenette with a stove, a microwave, and under-counter fridge - all you need for making snacks and comfort foods. Attractive open shelving puts everything you need at your fingertips.  The dining table doubles as a work desk, seats two, and had a great view of Great North Mountain. The main room features an electric-heat fireplace, comfy furnishings, a Roku-powered smart TV, and a wonderful view of the mountains.  The bedroom includes a queen bed, another TV, and a soundbar.  The powder room/vanity are located in an alcove next to the bedroom and the bathroom with walk-in shower and porcelain throne.  Comfortably accommodates two.

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, a stove, microwave, under-counter fridge, and a coffee maker that takes K-Cups (please bring your favorite K-Cups).  It's supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. Guests staying several nights may need to bring extra consumable supplies or purchase them at the Basye Community Store a short walk away.

The condo has super-high-speed 500+mbps WiFi internet, which can handle anything you'd like to do online.

This is a Self-Check-In unit.  You'll receive check-in instructions via email seven days prior to arrival (or immediately if booking within seven days) that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.

Guests have unlimited access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade).  See pictures of our pool in the unit listing.  It’s open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday (and 12-5 on holiday weekend Sundays) between Memorial Day and Labor Day.  Please note that guests cannot use Bryce Resort's pool (Bryce Landing); it is for Bryce Resort members only.

Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police.
