On The Rocks Straight Up offers high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and cable TV for your comfort and convenience. During winter months, travelers should be prepared for unpredictable road conditions, 4WD or AWD vehicles are required, and tire chains may be necessary at times. Please note that pets are not permitted.

SPECIAL NOTE : The main house antique style fireplace is for Duraflame log use ONLY. Logs can be purchased at local grocery and hardware stores.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
