Please note, that Owners of the Eagles Nest Community will have priority seating at this restaurant so please be aware of this ahead of your arrival to the venue.

Please note: During the winter months, 4WD or AWD vehicles are required to safely access the property, and chains may also be necessary during inclement weather. The Elk and Shepherd Lodge is not pet-friendly, and guests may log into their own streaming accounts on the smart TVs throughout the home. CANCELLATION POLICY: 
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
