Property Description
Well maintained and newer 3 bedroom home with a den that can serve as the 4th bedroom. The den has a double futon good for children. The master bedroom has a king with an ensuite bath, the 2nd master has a queen with an ensuite bath, and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. There are three bathrooms. The hall bath serves one queen bedroom and the den/4th bedroom.
HI speed wireless internet service, 3 flat screen TV's with cable (with the HBO package), open kitchen, living and dining area.
The exterior boasts a lovely patio with pool, 40' dock. Bait freezer and fish cleaning table. Three faucets for water at the dock. Cabana Club is included.
Outdoor entertainment area with an L shaped couch and a 42" flat screen TV. The dining table outside can comfortable seat 6 people. A wonderful escape!!!
The pool is 19 X 9 with a sitting area at one end and 5' deep.
Central a/c in most of the house with the den and master off the den (green bedroom) having additional wall units.
Keys are ticky....we will give you a code to get in ..or insert key, hole must be on the top, turn key to right and push in.
Maximum of 8 including all children.
$2300/wk with all holidays and lobster weeks at $2650/wk**Off Season** 8/15 to 11/15 at $1750........
$175 cleaning, $35 booking fee, 12.5% taxes
