Come ready to fish or relax on canal front home in beautiful Key Colony Beach. Spacious 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath with 37’ dock with easy to use remote boat lift. (call for details) Beautiful, well maintained home with plush amenities. 2 Master Suites, one with a king and one with a queen with each of their own en suites. Third spacious bedroom has 2 twins. The kitchen is completely equipped, including mandatory blender. Dining table seats six that opens to family room with 55” flat screen tv and high speed internet throughout. Walk right outside through sliders to tiled patio and dining area. Filet your catch of the day at the fish cleaning station and put your unused bait in the bait freezer. Cook your catch on BBQ gas grill and relax to the sound of serenity. Cabana Club membership included.

$1800/wk with all holidays and lobster weeks at $2100
$500 refundable damage deposit, $35 booking fee, $175 cleaning, 12.5% taxes.
