A 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse that offers a lovely view of the yacht basin. The first level of the house has an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. A bedroom (queen-sized bed) and a full bath are located on this level. This opens up to the bedroom as well as the hall. The second level features a master suite with a King-size bed and a separate bath, and the third bedroom has two queen beds and a separate bath. The four couples or family with children can sleep comfortably in this home.

Spacious and roomy with carpet in the bedrooms and tile flooring in the living areas. The living room has an open porch, and the master bedroom also has one. Each has a beautiful view of the yacht basin.

A clubhouse, tennis court and pool are all located within a short distance of the Bonefish Yacht Club Complex. Docking may be available, but would incur an additional fee and arrangements would have to be made directly with Marina. Central air conditioning, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Microwave oven. Cable TV in the living area, master bedroom, and top floor queen bedroom.

Rates include a $50 booking charge, $175 cleaning charge, 12.5% sales tax, and refundable $500 security deposit
