Holiday Isle Properties is proud of Inlet Reef 405, a beautiful two-bedroom condo that has been converted to a three-bedroom condo.

It also features two bathrooms and can accommodate ten guests in comfort and ease. The owners have made every effort to ensure that your Destin vacation is extraordinary.

The condo's open floorplan, recessed LED lighting and Florida Oak tile flooring will make you feel at home. The open kitchen is located on your right as you enter the front door. The open Kitchen features a lot of granite counter space and slate grey appliances. It also has all the necessary dishware and silverware to make your favorite meals.

The Bunk Bed Room is located adjacent to the Kitchen. This room features two Twin Beds that are custom-built into Bunk Beds. It also has a flat-screen HDTV and a DVD player. The Bunk Bed Room also includes a closet and a washer and dryer combination with high efficiency.

The Dining Area is located on the opposite side of the Kitchen. The rectangular wood dining table is centered by a chandelier and can seat six people. Additional bar seating is available for four. The Living Room is located just past the Dining Area.

The Living Room features a 65 inchA Roku 4K HDR TV with HD Cable, Blu Ray player, Netflix w/4K and a sofa sleeper that doubles up as a queen bed with a Memory Foam Mattress. There is also access to the balcony.

The Master Bedroom features a King-size bed, a wall-mounted HDTV, HD Cable and BluRay, a plush armchair, and a preparation area that includes a granite-encased vanity. The Master Bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead to the condoas balcony. These sliding glass doors have a retractable screen that allows you to sleep at night and listen to the Gulf of Mexico waves. The Master Bathroom features a Kohler MoxieA (r) walk-in shower with rock flooring. The Master Bathroom's shower head has a Bluetooth-enabled speaker so you can listen to music as you get ready for the day.

The Guest Bedroom features a flat-screen HDTV mounted on the wall and two full beds. The hallway leads to the Guest Bathroom, which is located adjacent to the Guest Bedroom. This bathroom has a combination eight-jet Suzuki whirlpool/bathtub.

The condoas balcony is as stunning and beautiful as the inside. The hexagonal balcony features a granite-encased wetbar with a built-in bottle opener, an outdoor dining table, and ample seating. The condo's unique shape allows for a 180 degree view of Destina's famous emerald waters and sugar white beaches.
