The particular stretch of 30A that Sanctuary at Redfish inhabits in scenic Blue Mountain Beach is known for its untouched coastal landscapes, its quiet elegance and a noticeable calm that permeates the air. South Walton vacation rental 3106 houses those same beautiful qualities- from its Coastal décor to the views of lush coastal foliage, Lake and Gulf, 3106 boasts many high end upgrades like an open kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances; travertine and plank flooring. The primary bedroom is a retreat all of its own thanks to its doors that open to the balcony, a king bed and a bathroom that HGTV would gladly feature due to its giant tub and glass walk in shower.
Moreover, there are countless ways to relax without ever leaving the property. Sunbathe in the expansive pool deck which seamlessly blends three tiered pools (one heated seasonally), two hot tubs, a fire pit, four grills and untouched natural foliage along the Gulf. Seasonal pontoon ferry service available that will take you to the Gulf where you will find seasonally provided beach service! For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.

We loved Sanctuary at Redfish! The property is beautiful, pool area is amazing and the pontoon ride the beach was so much fun. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio each evening, it was beautiful...such tranquility and very comfy patio furniture. This is exactly what our family needed, rest, relaxation and fun. We will be back to this unit again next year! Thank you for sharing your home.

This condo was a huge hit with the family. The pool was fabulous and well maintained, the kids loved the pontoon shuttle, the staff was amazing. The large balcony was awesome and we enjoyed many meals with a view. Great location and highly recommend the walk to the ice cream shop at the corner. Newman-Dailey made check-in/out effortless and we felt very safe with the cleanliness of the condo and entire property. We can't wait to return.
