This newly constructed vacation home is ever so perfectly located in the Beaches of South Walton and is just a short stroll away from the sugary white sands of Seagrove Beach. This home offers modern and luxurious amenities on the interior while still having an Old Florida styled feel on the exterior. Southern Sands offers four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. It also has an additional private Bunk Nook which children are sure to enjoy. Upon entering Southern Sands the first floor with blow you away with its large and spacious living and dining areas, as well as an updated and very open kitchen. The living area boasts a Large Screen Smart TV above the mantle of the decorative fireplace (inoperable) as well as a wraparound couch and two comfortable arm chairs. The dining area contains a large farm dining that has seating for ten. The kitchen, as mentioned previously, has state-of-the-art appliances which include a professional-grade range, a double oven, warming drawer, and a large side by side refrigerator with a wine rack nestled above. It also features a granite bar with seating for five as well as a separate Breakfast Nook with seating for eight. The guest bedroom that is located downstairs has a comfortable Queen Size Bed and has a full bathroom attached to it. The spacious Master Bedroom offers enamoring views of the beautiful Tresca Lake and has a King Size bed. The Master Bathroom includes a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. One of the Guest Bedrooms on the second floor contains a Queen Size bed and has access to it's own private bathroom. The fourth guest bedroom is a large room that has a couch and four bunks that all face a Large Screen Smart TV. The private Bunk Nook is right around the corner and features wraparound windows and a twin bunk bed.
