Property Description

Arrabella was completely renovated in 2020. It is located just over a mile from Seaside along scenic Hwy 30A. It is the largest home in the area, the only one with grass in its front yard, and it is also the most expensive. Just steps away is the community pool.

Every level of this beach house has its own porch. The best is the top floor. It's spacious up there, and the lounging area with TV and mini-kitchen makes it feel like a second home. It's very nice. It is possible to see the magnificent Gulf.

The living room is beautifully decorated and features a 65-inch curved 4K TV. The kitchen has new countertops. A guest bedroom, a queen size, is located on the first floor. It has a hall bathroom, double vanity, and a shower/tub.

Upstairs is a primary bedroom and a king-size bed with a double vanity. There is also a bathroom/tub. There is enough space for six children in the bunk rooms, which are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. The third floor houses a queen-sized bedroom with a private bath and a shower/tub.

Arrabella can be described as a girl's name that means grace and beauty. It is very fitting. Enjoy.
