Property Description
Kaanapali Royal P301 is a sizeable 1,400 sqft condo boasting some of the finest ocean views on property. Perfectly situated overlooking the 16th tee of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course, and towards the Pacific Ocean, this graciously sized 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is the perfect place to call home during your stay. This property offers a pool and spa area as well and two full sized tennis courts, walking distance to the shopping and dining at Whaler's Village and world famous Kaanapali Beach. Minimum 4 night stay. There is a $305.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Standard Cancellation Policy:
Each bedroom features a King bed, and an in-suite bathroom with large walk-in, glass showers! The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, lots of storage and organizational space, and an oversized granite countertop for prepping. The living room offers additional sleeping space with a Queen sleeper sofa.
A friendly reminder, the front desk will collect a $20 nightly parking fee, with a 7 night maximum. An additional fee for a 2nd car is $140 (2 cars maximum).
The Board of Directors at Kaanapali Royal have approved a flat rate for the vacation rental and overnight guest parking fee beginning on September 1, 2022, at $154 per stay regardless of the number of nights booked.
Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.42% State Taxes added to all rates.
You may cancel outside the 30 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.
