Nice visit

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a close, convenient walk to the beach with easy access. The condo was clean and we found it to be very close to what we expected. The rooms were a bit smaller than they appeared in the pictures. Our main complaints would be the lack of basic supplies that we expected to find. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper or paper towels, no trash bags, no extra linens/pillows/blankets for the beds. Overall, we had a nice stay with no major problems and would likely stay here again in the future.

I must say that we absolutely had a blast, we were just a short walk from the beach had stayed. We were able to view the beautiful fireworks from our balcony, the one thing that we missed was the sunrise, but on our return it will be the first thing on my agenda. The staff was amazing, they protected us, made sure all rules were in affect, they even got to know us and gave tidbits and the spots to be and places to try. The house was exactly what it was advertised to be. We had plenty of space and accommodation to enjoy the stay. The one and only downfall was lack of cable throughout the home. Although we didn't spend a whole lot of time inside, having more than one working television would have been good. But even so, when we made the call to maintenance they came right on in to try and fix the issue. We just want to say Thank You! To all individuals involved from the greeting into the office through every time going in and out he property, on up to the fair well at the main office. We will be back again! Last but not least a shout out to the guys and gals at South Padre Island Adventure, made Zip lining a breeze and a blast, special Thanks to Tony!!!

Fun weekend

Overall the experience was great. We were close to the beach and pool. The rooms were all nice especially having a bathroom in every room. The cable, WiFi, and dishwasher did not work so we had to call maintenance. They all came pretty fast.

We absolutely loved our beach house!! The gated community was nice and quiet. There were a few things we had to call and have mainentence come and fix,, but overall we enjoyed ourselves and can definitely see us booking with SPI rentals again!

We really enjoyed our week at the beach. The folks at SPI were great to deal with the entire time. Major kudos to the maintenance fellows for the fast response to a few issues and being very polite during repairs. We would highly recommend using SPI to set up your stay at South Padre Island.

Great Holiday on the Beach!

This property is great for larger groups. We had ample space for extended family. The kitchen had everything we needed and we all came home with clean clothes thanks to the washer and dryer. It was pet friendly so we didn't need to board our two little dogs. Beach and pool access were so close!! This house met all our needs and SPI rentals made it seamless and easy.

We had an AMAZING stay at this home. It is very beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable! The kitchen is large and spacious and very well equipped with all the appliances in excellent condition. The linens were well stocked. My family and I look forward to vacationing in this home again soon.

very nice, i liked the fact that i was able to send items bought on internet to your office. also the fact that your staff meets with customer at the house. Last time i rented with PI RENTALS, but i now i am more comfortable with SPI RENTALS.
