The Space
Set across three levels, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home creates a comfortable base for up to 6 guests. Ocean views weave naturally into the flow of the day, and movement between floors is supported by a private elevator with ADA-compliant dimensions. An open-concept layout invites everyone to gather for meals or quiet downtime, while each bedroom offers room to settle in at your own pace. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, smart TVs on each level, and a dedicated workspace support both relaxation and focus.

Outdoor living
Just outside the back door, a shared outdoor pool is available all year. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy in the fresh coastal air (no hot tub). A patio or balcony offers outdoor space for quiet moments, and an outdoor shower provides an easy way to rinse off after beach time. Beach access across A1A keeps the shoreline close, and beach essentials are provided for your stay.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen includes the essentials for preparing meals, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. A dining table brings everyone together, and the open layout keeps cooking and conversation connected. Barbecue utensils are available if you choose to cook outdoors. (Per property policy, salt, pepper, oil, spices, coffee, and similar items are not supplied.)

If you arrive with a boat or jet ski, on-site parking can accommodate you, and a launch to the Intracoastal Waterway sits just a block away - a convenient starting point for days spent exploring the water.
