The porch wrap-around covered porch and front sundeck invite you to relax and enjoy the glimmering oceanscapes while listening to the South Beach waves. The name "Cottage" is misleading because the interior of this bright, open-plan home is spacious. The living room is bright and airy, making it the perfect place for conversation and snuggling. The living area is anchored by a decorative fireplace with distressed mantel. You'll love the spot's reclaimed wood floors, white shippinglap, and beamed coffered roof. The handsome dining area is surrounded with windows and can seat eight people. A large granite island with ample prep space and four additional seats at the breakfast bar is located nearby. The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and has a convenient bar area. It is well-stocked with a variety of cookware and baking supplies for all levels of cooking.
This floor has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The two King suites are each equipped with a private full bathroom. The second is a bright bunkroom with two twin beds and access to a full bath.
