Inside you’ll find open living spaces boasting hardwoods and loads of light from the skylights above the two-story ceiling. The cozy gathering area, anchored by a decorative  fireplace, is just across from the dining space. Enjoy your meals-with-a-water-view or step out onto the attached screen porch for a snack or coffee. Adjacent is the kitchen with a beautiful wooden breakfast bar that seats four, loads of granite counter space and stainless appliances. The kitchen is backed by a spacious pantry/laundry room. If alfresco dining is your pleasure, scoot out the home’s back French doors onto the covered porch and step down to the oversize dining deck-the perfect spot to enjoy a good meal AND Mother Nature.

This level also houses an ocean-view Queen with private front porch access and a bunk room with three twins. These share a marble-tiled bath with a glassed bench shower.

Upstairs-in another bright, airy space accented by skylights-is a sitting area with a daybed. Relax here or just outside on the sundeck and soak up rays as well as the scenic seascape. This floor features two King Master suites. The first showcases ocean vistas and provides private deck access, a vaulted ceiling, a large walk-in closet and a lovely ensuite. Above the two-cart garage is the crofter. This very private space provides yet another bedroom with two twins, sitting area and full bath. Additional amenities include use of two golf carts, an outdoor shower and a central location convenient to the clubs, shops and the Conservancy. Renters are strongly encouraged to make desired reservations with the club immediately upon booking, and also to become familiar with club policies, procedures, and schedules. WWP representatives will not be able to answer most club-related questions.
