Facing South Beach, this home’s wraparound porch greets and welcomes you to stop, sit and savor the sun’s warmth, salty breezes and sounds of the waves. Inside this reverse floorplan, a bright, cozy, bayed gathering space offers comfortable seating for a quiet read or nap and a desk in case you have to catch up on a few things. Down the hall, the first Queen suite is cornered by windows and has its own door to a beach-facing covered porch. Its ensuite features a tiled glass shower. Next door, a second Queen suite proffers a wall of sunshiny windows and access to another private porch as well as its own bath. The third suite is a bunk room with two Twins. Its bath is outfitted with a tub. Just beyond, a third sunlit Queen suite provides an airy haven. Its bath also has a tiled shower. Past the laundry, the large Primary King suite boasts a generous walk-in Carolina closet, and its ensuite includes a sunken tub, glass/tiled shower, built-ins and a dual vanity.
