AN OUTDOOR DECK WITH A ROOF FOR A 6 PERSON JACUZZI!!
You will be amazed at the views in which you will see here. This house is nestled in a completely wood setting with breathtaking views. This house is completely furnished and decorated to help provide that "at home" feeling for you and your guests. This comfy getaway has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, central air-conditioning, and a screened-in porch.
The upstairs of the house holds the master bedroom and the loft. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, private bathroom, and a walk-in closet (so bring what you want, there is plenty of room). The loft has a queen-sized futon bed to relax on while watching the 25-inch tv. Also in the loft is a fooseball table and plenty of books to read. Fresh air, no problem, there is an eight-foot deck with sliding glass doors.
The main floor of the house has a mini-master bedroom with a 19-inch TV, & a closet (this is where you will find the vacuum, iron, and other household items). The third and final bedroom has two twin beds and another closet (in this closet you will find several different board games that will provide hours of fun for everyone).
The living room has a stunning stone fireplace, which is great for those cold winter nights. Also in the living room is a sectional couch, which has a full-size pull-out bed and recliner to relax on while watching the 25-inch TV. Or perhaps you would rather settle down and watch a movie with your family and friends in front of the fireplace, well no problem because in the living room their is a VCR/DVD player with over 40 videotapes, suitable for children and adults of all ages.
The living room and all three bedrooms have their own ceiling fans and individual thermostats to help make your stay more comfortable. And don't forget about the Central AC that runs all throughout the house. This can certainly make your vacation much more enjoyable without having to worry about those very hot summer days in the Pocono's!!
Need to cook? Well, the kitchen appliances are all new, and we provide you with all of your cooking and eating utensils, so go ahead and cook those home cooked meals that you and your guests love.
Afraid you won't have enough to do on those rainy days? Well don't worry about that, because downstairs in the basement their is a ping-pong table, a dart board, and 19-inch TV with a VCR (and don't forget about the fooseball table and board games).
Come back outside to the screened-in porch that has a table and chairs and over look the mountain. You will love it. Also outside, you will find the charcoal BBQ, with all of your BBQ tools.
Just added this spring is a beautiful extension to the wrap-around deck with a 6-person jacuzzi and a roof over the jacuzzi for if it rains!!
This house is located in the gated community of Saw Creek Estates, and for a small fee your rental can include use of all of the amenities the community has to offer. These include two lakes, six pools (one of them is ONLY six houses away - This pool is open in the summertime from Friday's-Monday's), its own ski slope with lift (open on weekends only), tennis, volleyball, softball, racquetball, and basketball courts, a playground, a fitness center, and their very own restaurant right on site at the 'Top of the World'.
