Beautiful Northwest contemporary 3 bedroom, 2 bath style home on 1 1/3 acres on the Yakima River.
Two story glass window wall offers spectacular views of the river and mountains.
There is plenty of room for large gatherings or intimate enough for a romantic weekend.
Summer offers some of the best fly fishing in the state.
Neighboring Cle Elum is the snowmobile center of Washington in the winter.
Open concept design includes kitchen, dining and living room with a gas fireplace on the main floor. There is also a bedroom, full bath and utility room. Upstairs enjoy the river view from the main bedroom loft, which includes a TV area tucked into an alcove. There is a cozy sitting room with a daybed for additional privacy. Another full bath is located off the main loft. There is also a Bonus Room available for an additional 6 guests,which includes a TV, video games, and a foosball table for an additional fee.
Additional Rate Information
$250 per night or $1400 per week for up to six people double occupancy. Bonus room available for an additional 6 guests for an extra $75 per night.
Two night minimum stay required.
$200 security/damage refundable deposit required to make reservations.
Check in is at 4:00 pm, checkout is at 12:00 pm, unless otherwise arranged.
