The Mountain Bear lodge is situated on 5 acres of mountain view in Lake Harmony Estates(Skye Drive), Pennsylvania with two other rental properties right next door. (See Property #16028 and #16029 on www.findrentals.com) These are Wonderful rentals for large family gatherings that need a second or third rental property near-by.
The home has been freshly painted, carpeted and is very nicely decorated. It has 2 stone fireplaces, 5 spacious bedrooms with 5 full size beds, 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen size sofa bed. The living room is on the second level with patio sliding doors leading on to the large V-shape deck with a winter view of the Pocono Mountains. Dining room table has seating for 12. The deck has furniture to sit 14 and gas/charcoal grill. Separate game room with full size pool table, a television and a stone fireplace.
The home is equipped with 7 color T.V.'s, cable, DVD/VCR, internet service, and a hot tub for 6 - outside. Community has a private beach (10 beach tags provided), tennis courts, and marina (motor boats) all in walking distance.
Amenities: Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, cooking and eating utensils. Washer and dryer, new pool table, new hot tub outside for 5-6 people, nice deck furniture, all bedrooms is equipped with a 20" T.V., VCR/DVD system, a mini stereo system, telephone service for local calls only, and ceiling fan in the living room. Private beach and tennis courts just a few minutes away.
Activities: This vacation home is just a few minutes away from Jack Frost Mountain, Big Boulder Mountain, Alpine Mountain ski areas and less than twenty minutes from Camelback and the Crossings Outlets.
Split Rock Resort is just 5 minutes away and for a small fee you can enjoy their amenities and activities: Tennis and baseball courts, golfing, bowling, video game room. Movie theater and special events (Comedy shows and dancing.
Coming soon is the Split Rock Resort Water Park and a the new Jack Frost Golf Club - Scheduled to open in the Fall 2006.
The Pocono's offers relaxing and exciting attractions such as: skiing, snowboarding, white water rafting adventures, splatter and paintball games, rail-trail biking, and more.
