The home is a cape style cabin, has a front porch and a deck for outdoor living. The living room has a cathedral ceiling with a large stone fireplace to warm you up on those chilly Vermont nights.
The main floor of the house is an open-living area perfect for entertaining. The dining room table is large enough to accommodate 10 comfortably.
The large entertainment center has a satellite TV, DVD player and CD stereo system for your enjoyment.
There is a spacious kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite counters and a large center island that seats 4.
The lower level is a walk-out basement room with woodland views. The room can sleep 6 (4 twin and one full) and also has a satellite TV for entertainment. On this level, there is another large full bath, a laundry room, and a room for organizing and drying you ski equipment at the end of a ski day.
The master bedroom is located on the main floor. It has a king sized bed and a full bath (with shower). There is also a satellite TV in this bedroom.
The second floor has two bedrooms and a large full bath. One bedroom has a full sized bed and a twin bed and the other has a queen sized bed. Both are spacious rooms with plenty of closet space. |

Canoeing, kayaking, swimming, sailing, boating, water skiing and fishing at the private lake access. (Canoe available with rental. Kayaks for rent a few blocks away at the state park access. Enjoy hiking, horseback riding, golfing, antiquing and dining...all within a few miles!
Winter
Skiing/Snowboarding at Okemo Mountain Resort just 4 miles away or Killington Resort just 10 miles away. Other ski resorts are within a short drive. Cross-country ski, snowshoe or sleigh ride right out your door! Snow mobile rentals are just a few miles away.
Fall
Fall foliage is a spectacular sight. Fall is a perfect time to hike, take a drive and get a jump on the holiday shopping at the outlets or Vermont Country Store. |
