Enjoy a relaxing stay in this condo on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Beachwood Villas. You will feel relaxed as soon as your arrive, with the subtle colors and decor. Open floor plan and granite counter tops make entertaining family and friends easy. The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy board games, or to watch your favorite TV series or movie on the Smart TV. Log in to your Netflix and Pandora accounts. Remember to log out before you leave. (Hint) The Redbox kiosk is conveniently located at Tom Thumb, just across from the beach access.
Many local shops and restaurants are easily accessible. You can walk to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful white sand and clear waters by taking a leisurely stroll across the street. Beachwood Villas has 2 pools, one of which is heated year-round, tennis courts and shuffleboard. There's also plenty of green space and an outdoor play area for children.
Get some exercise and fresh air. Rent a bike to ride the 20-mile Timpoochee bicycle trail along scenic highway 30A. You'll also visit Grayton Beach State Park and Seaside. Head east to discover Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seagrove Beach.

This was our 1st trip to the beach. We were very happy with our condo. Very close to everything and love that the beach was in walking distance. Only complaint is the sprinklers coming on so frequently and getting our clothes wet as we were walking on the paths. Other than that we were very pleased.

Another great Seagrove Vacation. Garrett Realty is an excellent rental company. They always are very helpful. We had a small plumbing problem with the guest bathroom in the unit, during our stay. We reported the issue and the maintenance crew was their almost immediately looking into our issue after it was reported. Thank you for another great beach trip, Garrett Realty.
