We loved the Dunes of Seagrove. We loved the location, the pool, and the beach access. The bikes that came with our room, and the umbrella and chairs that came with the room, were nice too! The condo could’ve been a little cleaner, but overall, we loved it! Also, we could not figure out the TV in bedrooms.

The condo was very clean, the decor needs to be updated but that’s petty. The boys complained that the sofa mattress was not very comfortable. Just some minor details that are nice to know before you go...you will need to bring your own supply of toilet tissue and paper towels and a few kitchen garbage bags, there was no extra in the condo. Also, it was stressed to us that the condo only allows for one vehicle, which is true if you use the marked spaces. However, there is ample extra parking out in front of the building if you need to bring an extra vehicle. The parking space for 202C is not even in the covered area anyway. This unit is in the farthest building from the beach but it’s still just a very short walk either through the pool area or the parking garage. There is a gulf view, but there’s also a huge sand dune blocking most of it lol. The chair rental being included was great and we would definitely consider staying here again. We rode bikes into seaside a couple of times, which is about 3 miles away. It is only about a mile ride to “The Hub” in watersound, which was a really cool place to hangout as well. Also, Sharon with Garrett realty was patient and wonderful to deal with!

As always, we had a wonderful stay at Dunes of Seagrove. The unit we rented had water damage prior to our stay, but Your company was right on it and found us another unit which was also very nice. We will definitely be back as we live the Seaside area. Thanks for taking care of us!

Our trip was amazing! We’ve stayed at this unit on several occasions and it never disappoints. The unit has been recently updated and the updates are beautiful! The unit is always clean and very welcoming. We absolutely love the pool and the view of the ocean. We enjoy relaxing every night on the patio. The area is perfect for a quiet family vacation and the location is convenient to restaurants and stores. We look forward to our next stay!

This was our second trip to this condo! It is very nice! Two couples and two kids and there was plenty of space for all. I love the pools and easy access to the beach. We will be back this October!

My husband and I and the kids stayed the first week of June 2017. We have stayed in this condo before and have always enjoyed it but now it has been redecorated and is absolutely beautiful. It is tastefully decorated and feels like home. Well stocked kitchen! Our favorite place is the balcony of course. It is huge. It’s the perfect place for our morning coffee and evening dinners. We will be back soon!

We had a wonderful time, the unit was great. the only issue we had is when we got there we did not have a full roll of TP or Paper towels. We didn't realize there wasn't a full roll of either under the sink until it was too late. Also one tiny packet of dishwasher soap and no filters for the coffee maker was disappointing. We have stayed at the Dunes in prior years and had better supplies. Having to make another trip to the grocery store was frustrating. I would like to see a few more supplies in the units. We left coffee filters and dishwashing soap for the next guest and I would hope you would leave them there for them. Thanks, Karen Beck
