Property Description

Emerald Coast’s famous white-sand beach is less than a 2-minute walk from this updated beach retreat located on the south side of 30A within the gated community of Majestica Beach. Beach access is by private walkway and 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas are included with your rental seasonally. Splash around in the community pool located just steps from your front door.

The ground floor includes a beautiful kitchen with an open design onto the dining and entertaining areas. The dining area includes seating for 8 plus more seating at the counter. Gather in the living area to enjoy the TV, watch a movie, or play games with the family. A bedroom and full bath are conveniently located on this 1st floor for easy access.

The home’s 2nd floor includes 4 bedrooms and the laundry room. The 3rd floor features an additional seating area outside of the king bedroom suite. This area features a wet bar and coffeemaker. The perfect spot to grab your favorite beverage and head out on the balcony to enjoy Gulf views.

Outside you'll find no shortage of patios and balconies to relax. There is also a charcoal grill for all your BBQ cravings. Use the outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach before heading inside to enjoy your evenings. Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the neighborhood. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
