It is a convenient location for the best restaurants, bike rentals, shops, and urgent care center, all within two minutes. This upscale home with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms is located one mile from Seaside in Seagrove Beach. It is situated in a private community near the intersection of Robert-Ellis Drive and 30A. It is conveniently located near Seaside, Watersound, and Rosemary Beach. A private community pool is located right from the front porch. The snow-white beach is just 400 yards away. It's a short 5 minute walk (or drive) along a paved road that leads to a nearby deli/store and a bike rental shop, fresh fish market, and ice cream shop. Each bedroom has its own bath. Designer furnishings and a lot of space and light create a relaxing and uplifting environment. 1st Floor: Living area has 50 inch Roku streaming TV with Direct TV, DVD player, and sleeper sofa. The kitchen features a large island bar, Wolf gas stove, granite countertops, and full-size frig/icemaker. The dining area seats 8 people, with 4 more at the bar. Excellent supply of equipment for the discerning cook. 1st floor King Bedroom with 32" Plasma TV, Luxurious Bath with Double Vanities, Jacuzzi Tub, Large Shower. 2nd Floor: King bedroom, 32" streaming TV, and bath. Bedroom with pyramid bunk bed, TV/DVD & adjoining tub. Common area with 42-inch streaming TV with DVD player King bedroom with bath. Laundry room. Lounge area with TV and desk opens onto an additional deck that overlooks the beautiful pool. Bedroom for children with bunk beds and a small futon. You can also pack-n-play. Bunk offers a full-size and a twin bed. 3rd floor: Queen bedroom, 20 inch TV with Direct TV, bathroom. Lounge area features a wet bar, sink, frig, and French doors that open onto a large patio with gulf views. Simmons Beautyrest beds in bedrooms are featured in all Westin hotels. The house sits in a very quiet cul de sac that allows the littles a chance to ride their bikes away from the hustle and bustle of 30A. While the location is a close walk to the beach, the beach was Uber crowded so we drove an extra .5 miles left on 30A to the next public Beach access that had a lot fewer people. Overall it was a great stay!
