This newly constructed home designed to provide an unforgettable getaway with breathtaking sunset views. The main level welcomes you with an open kitchen and living room adorned with a gas fireplace and 75" TV, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation. The kitchen features elegant quartz countertops, offering a perfect space for culinary adventures and bar seating, while the adjacent dining table is where you can savor meals with family and friends. A luxurious king ensuite bedroom with TV on this level awaits, complete with a spacious soaking tub, a beautifully tiled shower, and custom tiled floors for a touch of elegance.

As you ascend to the upper level, you'll find a queen bedroom with TV and a king bedroom with charming barn doors that open to reveal a view of the living room, adding to the home's character and unique design. Additionally, there's a small office with a king sleeper sofa for extra guests, the Serenity Lounge, and a full bathroom in the hallway to ensure convenience for all.

The lower level of the home offers a queen bedroom with a full bathroom located next door. Additionally, a game room with a pool table and a 52" TV provides endless entertainment options for both kids and adults, making it an ideal space for fun and relaxation. Coming soon is a brand new hot tub on the lower deck (we'll remove this line once it is in place)! On the main level deck is a covered dining space, seating, and  65" TV over the outdoor fireplace.

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older.  This is strictly enforced. 

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
 
Additional Notes:
- This home allows 1 dog, max of 30lbs for additional rent of $25 per night.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD/4WD is required in times of snow or ice, and chains may also be necessary.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Returning guests of Sunset Ridge may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
