This large beachfront cabin has 2 separate living areas, six bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large open deck across entire Gulf front side of home with incredible view. Perfect for large families!
Amenities include: central heat/air conditioning, full size washer/dryer, 3 cable TV's, DVD, CD player, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen includes dishware, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, automatic drip coffee maker, toaster. Linens are provided. Open deck.
Bed sizes: 2 King, 2 Full, 4 Twin. Linens provided.
No smoking. No pets. 11% lodging tax, $30 reservation fee and $150.00 cleaning fee added to all reservations. Refundable $500 damage deposit required. Payment equal to one half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival for summer season reservations. Wi-Fi service on the Island can be spotty and Wi-Fi consistency, connection speed or strength cannot be guaranteed.
