Meadow View is a welcoming community! Meadow View was completely remodeled in spring 2020. The home is situated on a 2-acre wooded lot. The home is located at 4,300 feet and offers a breathtaking Beech Mountain view. Despite the fact that you may feel like you're far from civilization, Banner Elk is only 10 minutes away.

The living, dining and kitchen areas are all located in the same room. The area is decorated with wood ceilings and floors. The great room has a large TV, cable and Wi-Fi. It also features a wood-burning fire place, a rustic table that seats eight (8), and a kitchen isle that can seat three (3). The modern kitchen allows you to create delicious meals. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The deck has a gas barbecue and a dining table with six (6) seats.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an HDTV. This level also contains the second bathroom that serves the queen-sized bedroom and the third bedroom, which has a single-overfull bed. The lower-level laundry room is equipped with a stackable washer/dryer, as well as a laundry chute.

The lower level has a large gaming area with a mini fridge, gas log fireplaces, a wet-bar and full-size arcades. A large HDTV is also available with internet and cable. The lower deck has a breathtaking view of the mountains, and there are stairs that lead to the firepit in the patio below. The parking area features a staircase leading to the hot-tub. The bedroom features a king size bed, a TV, and a BluRay DVD player that is internet-ready. A built-in heater is also included. This bedroom is the best because it has direct access to the deck. Relax and enjoy the view while sitting on a table or chair. There is a third bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a fridge. The large bedroom has a mountain-themed twin-over-full-bunkbed, an HDTV and a Blu-Ray/DVD player.
