Mountain Song Lodge, a luxury mountain home of 4BRs with custom touches. It is located six miles from Blowing rock on large private land that borders federal conservancy. You can walk to everything you need. Shopping, restaurants and riding horses are all within walking distance. From the property, you can easily walk to many hiking and walking trails. Several lakes and rivers are nearby. Price Lake is only 2 miles away. Within 10 miles you'll find New River and Watauga River.
Mountain Song was designed with both mountain luxury and sustainability in mind. The property is landscaped but mostly natural, with native Rhododendrons. The elegant home is supported with native materials such as Rhododendron branch railings and Poplar siding accents. The fireplace is made of native stacked stone. Mountain Song Lodge offers guests a vacation that is full of luxury while also being environmentally responsible.
Mountain Song's main level features a great-room, which greets guests as they enter the front door. It has hardwood floors and vaulted-ceilings. The great room features leather furniture, a wood burning fireplace, and a HD Smart TV. The great room has a dining area with seating for 6-8 people. The kitchen is adjacent to the great room and opens on to the dining area. The kitchen features a bar-height counter that can be used for barstool dining. The kitchen features leathered granite counters and custom-made cabinets. The kitchen also has a gas range that includes luxuries like a pot-filler, fan, and hood fan. The kitchen is capable of preparing and delivering meals to a large home. A mudroom and a laundry room are located beyond the kitchen. You can also enter your home from the garage. The washer/dryer is also a wine refrigerator. A desk/workstation is also included. The kitchen features a comfortable screened-in porch that can be used to dine outside. The back deck has a gas grill and a courtyard. There is also outdoor furniture, loungers, and a fireplace. There is also a hot tub. They are located between them and the house's natural boundary and the trails and parksway lands. The front door is also located on the main floor, which has a large covered patio with a rocking chair.
The King Master Suite is located on the main floor. It has an HD Smart TV and a walk-in wardrobe, as well as a private porch, a full ensuite bath, and a private balcony. The bathroom features a large soaking tub, a custom slate tiled shower and a live-edge vanity counter with sinks to match the stone vessel sinks. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, features a queen bed and an HD Smart Tv.
You will find a large loft upstairs with a desk made by hand. This loft is perfect for learning remotely, online or to catch up. On one side, there is a large King-sized bedroom with HD Smart Television. There is also a comfortable seating area with a Queen sleeper couch. A walk-in wardrobe is also available. On the other side, you will find a full bathroom that includes a bathtub and shower as well as a queen-sized bedroom with an HD Smart TV.
The garage has a large family/game room that is accessible both from the kitchen and the mud/laundry areas. The room features vaulted-ceilings, comfortable furniture, and an 8-foot slate table. The room also features a large HD Smart TV. There are also puzzles and games available for guests. Adults can also enjoy the infrared Sauna. Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult responsible.
WiFi internet and digital cable television programming are available on all 6 HD Smart TVs. Central Heat and Air Conditioning is available all year. One or two dogs per reservation are allowed. The maximum weight for pets is 50 pounds. Pet fees are applicable. Pets must be kept out of furniture, beds and crates if they are left unattended. The rear boundary of the property gives you direct access marked hiking trails. The driveway and garage can accommodate two cars, allowing you to park and unload your vehicle upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will only receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are not eligible for reimbursement. If you have travel coverage, the reason for the cancellation is covered. You can get your money back in full.
