his newly remodeled, clean, and cheerful six bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom ocean-view house sleeps up to 22 people and has front and back decks to hear the ocean on every floor! This three-story house is located in a tranquil area of the island where you can enjoy the sunrise, the sunset, the inlet and the ocean. This newly decorated, dog-friendly house is nestled in the exclusive community of Dolphin Shores. It has three stories and a beach. Each floor has its own living room with plenty of comfortable seating and rainy day activities. There is a hot tub in the private backyard, two outdoor showers, one front and one back, a full-sized volleyball/badminton field, a firepit, and a charcoal barbecue. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy for everyone, including pets! Welcome to "Aah To Zen", a completely renovated home in North Topsail Beach. All three living areas and each of the six bedrooms have smart TVs, so you can sign in to your favorite streaming applications. Two bedrooms, one located on the first and second floors, have large king suites, luxury mattresses, and private bathrooms. Two more bedrooms are located on the first level and two others on the third. This is enough space for several families. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac, directly across from a private community beach. It's a short, safe walk to the sand, and the sea (15 steps to the beach). This part of the island offers a tranquil beach stay, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops within a short distance, but far enough away to not create a noisy, busy atmosphere. This house has two outdoor showers, one at the front and another at the back. There is also plenty of storage for beach toys and chairs. The staircase in front of the home will lead you to the first-floor where you'll find a large living area, three bedrooms, including a king-size en suite, a queen, and two twin beds with an additional twin trundle under the queen bed, as well as two bathrooms, one with double sinks, and a separate room for laundry so you can return home with clean clothing. There is a back deck that leads to a large fenced-in backyard, as well as a deck on the front with shaded areas to relax and enjoy the ocean view. The second floor is home to the kitchen, which is a gourmet chef's dream. It has a Keurig bar, coffee grinder, Vitamix, stainless steel appliances, a dining area with a large table that seats eight, and additional seating (up to 14) at the kitchen bar and central island. The gourmet chef's kitchen is also located on this floor. It features a Keurig, Vitamix, Vitamix coffee grinder, stainless steel appliances and a dining room with a large table for eight people. Additional seating (up to fourteen) can be found at the kitchen island and bar. The ocean-view living area is a great place for adults to enjoy a glass or two of wine while the kids play upstairs. On the front deck of the main floor, there is a large outdoor dining table with benches that can seat 14 people. There are also Captain's Chairs for enjoying the morning sunrise and a cup coffee. Adirondack chairs are available on the back deck to enjoy the sunset over the sound. The sitting area features a sectional couch with a full/queen pullout to accommodate extra guests. The third floor is a child's paradise. It has two bedrooms, one queen with twins and another with two twins. There is also a large seating area for games, puzzles, or snack times, as well as a bathroom and a reading or game nook, which comes with books and board games. One of the sofas can be converted into a queen-sized bed for extra guests. Children will enjoy the bright colors, ocean life decor and creating lifelong memories. The twin room, which also has some of the best views of the sea in the house, is decorated in a whale theme. The deck has Captain's Chairs that offer 180-degree views of the ocean. This is a great spot to enjoy a sunrise or to just enjoy the ocean, without having to step on the sand. The natural light in this home is amazing. There are so many places where everyone can spread out and enjoy themselves. The home was perfect for our spring vacation. It had a great location, easy access to the beach and many thoughtful details. We know that your pets are part of your family. For an additional fee, we will welcome your pampered dogs (up to two) in our home. North Topsail Beach is a great choice for the entire family because of the large fenced-in backyard and the ability to bring dogs onto the beach all year round. We are located in a beautiful stretch of beach, which allows for long walks to either Surf City or Sound/Inlet. This is a dog's paradise. Dogs will also enjoy the shade of our front and back decks. The hot tub area is equipped with a large Vita hot-tub for 8 people, LED color-changing lighting, a waterfall and jets that massage away any tension. This walled space has a bar, seating and a refrigerator. The air can flow through the top trellis and the barn door to give you privacy while you listen to the waves. You can choose to use the outdoor shower at the front or the outdoor shower at the back. This home has something for everyone!
