Welcome to Bird of Paradise, your Gulf side retreat in the heart of the Florida Keys. This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom private home offers unmatched panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax by the sparkling private pool, savor breathtaking sunsets from the expansive screened porch, or launch an adventure right from the backyard with included kayaks and paddleboards. With its serene setting and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, Bird of Paradise is the ultimate getaway for relaxation and adventure.

• Pet-friendly: Pets welcome! Please notify in advance and adhere to our pet policy. Fully fenced (except oceanside/dock).
• Fishing Enthusiasts: Includes a bait freezer and gas grill to cook your catch. Fish right off the dock into the Gulf.
• Indoor/Outdoor Amenities: 1 single kayak, 2 stand-up paddleboards, 2 bikes, plus a Pacman arcade game for extra fun.
• Parking: Space for 4 cars (2 covered spots) or 3 cars and a trailer.
• Sleep in Comfort: Spacious Master Bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom, large soaking tub, and private balcony overlooking the Gulf. All bedrooms have flat-screen smart TVs.

1st Level of the Home:
The 1st level of Bird of Paradise features the main living spaces, including a full bathroom and wood laminate floors throughout. The open living room offers ample seating, a sleeper sofa, and stunning Gulf views. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, major appliances, and extras like a rice cooker, electric griddle, toaster, blender, and drip coffee maker. Adjacent, the Florida room offers seating and a dining table with breathtaking views of the pool and Gulf. The laundry room is conveniently next to the bathroom. For entertainment, a Pac-Man machine is provided.
Outdoor Oasis:
Bird of Paradise offers prime outdoor spaces with direct Gulf of Mexico access and stunning open water views. The heated pool (on request) is complemented by a large screened porch and a gas grill. The dock is perfect for flat boats, kayaks, and jet skis, though the water can be shallow at low tide. Enjoy the kayak, two paddleboards, and two bikes for outdoor fun. The property is fully fenced for pet safety and includes a bait freezer.
2nd Level of the Home:
The 2nd level features three bedrooms, including the Master Bedroom with a king bed, an en suite bathroom, large soaking tub, and private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The two additional bedrooms have flat-screen smart TVs and ceiling fans, one with bunk bed and trundle bed and the other, with a queen bed. There is a second full bathroom on this level for the other bedrooms.

"We rented this house for a week with our adult kids and spouses. It worked perfectly. Lots of open space inside and outside. We were able to take a lot of kayaking trips right from the dock. We loved the large kitchen table that easily seats 8. Kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals. Great Keurig coffee maker for pots or individual cups. Coco Plum Vacations was very responsive to all of our questions. Easy check in and out. We would definitely use them again in the future."

"We stayed at Bird of Paradise and had our holiday of a lifetime. After reading the previous comment we were worried about the seaweed but took a chance because we wanted a private pool along with access to the ocean. When we arrived we were pleased to find no weed and no smell. Just a clean, fresh new looking house with great bayside views. We enjoyed all that Marathon has to offer with great diving, restaurants, shops but most of all the fishing was superb! Coco Plum was great and very easy to deal with. Looking forward to returning again next year."

"The location is a 5 star! Fishing was fantastic right off the dock! My husband would not complain. The interior was very nice. The wi-fi worked great! We had friends down for a few days and they enjoyed the location as well. I would definitely book this property again! Coco Plum were very easy to deal with!"

The only problem we had was the air conditioner, thay came over and it was fixed right away. The swimming pool was very nice and the view of the gulf was amazing. We took home alot of amazing pictures. Thank you for a great Vacation."
