Property Description
5 Bedrooms, 4 baths - New on our rental program, this one-of-a-kind new gulf-view island home with its own pool, features a wonderful floor plan, with open living, dining and kitchen with tons of space for entertaining, and is just a five minute walk to the gulf beach. The large kitchen, with all the amenities of home, features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinet and storage space. The home has five bedrooms, four baths. Pretty wood-look ceramic tile is throughout the home. The ensuite master with king bed and large bathroom faces the beach. Bedroom two has a king, bedroom three has king, and bedroom four, upstairs, has two queen beds, and is perfect for the kids. TVs are in all rooms and wireless Internet is provided. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and the baths have granite and quartz counter tops, and there is a nice large laundry room. Very spacious with about 2,500 sq ft.of living area, the living area has a trey ceiling, all other ceilings are 10 ft. The living room, dining and kitchen areas are open and airy to maximize the gulf views. Upstairs has two bedrooms and two baths. The gulf side deck with pool is covered and has an open step down area facing the gulf that is perfect for the kids and for soaking up the rays!
