“Chatham House” is a modern, luxurious home in the heart of Seaside offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which can accommodate 8 guests during your beach vacation! This home has a private pool and beautiful views of the town of Seaside!
Chatham House was built by the Rome prize winning architect, Walter Chatham, which has been featured on the covers of Thirty-A Review, Florida Architecture, Houston Magazine, Architectural Record as “House of the Year”, and in six major books on outdoor Florida architecture. This home was also awarded the prestigious “Award of Excellence” by the National AIA (American Institute of Architects). One of the best features about this award-winning structure is that all of the doors and panels can open up which blurs the distinction between indoor and outdoor living allowing for the perfect coastal breeze to fill the space (Walter Chatham).
This home greets you with a glass bridge over a glass tiled Koi pond before entering the spacious first floor. This home is filled with modern art and furnishings throughout that make it a one of a kind space with no detail over-looked. The kitchen offers Viking and Sub-Zero stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a wonderful view of the pool and outdoor space and has a table that can accommodate 6 guests. The first floor offers three bedrooms each with a queen size mattress and option to open the movable panels/doors to smell the salty air. Two of the queen bedrooms have access to a jack-n-jill bathroom sharing a shower, but each having their own sink and toilet. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor and offers two twin single mattresses that are lofted over a custom, built-in desk and shelving for those needing to get a little work done. Each of the twin beds do have their own tv. There are stairs leading to the tower which has beautiful views of Seaside.
The outdoor space of this home is just as nice as the inside featuring a lovely pool (that can be heated for $35/day) and outdoor dining table with seating for 8 guests, and a gas grill. “Chatham House” is a landmark in Seaside, Florida and is a great foundation for a beach vacation your friends and family will never forget!

- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Seaside Amenity Fees Include: Seaside Parking Passes (2), Wristbands for Beach Access, and Access to the Community Swimming Pools and Tennis Courts.
BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 4 Beach Cruisers.
RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
