Property Description

Charming, brand new and a real delight! Ocean views from your deck, dining and living areas. You can do some great fishing from your 30' concrete dock. It is only a few feet away from the Atlantic Ocean. There are mooring whips available for your use. All your boat equipment is stored under the house in a locked area. Bait freezer, fish cleaning table. All new furnishings, including 3 flat screen TVs, high speed wireless internet, washer/dryer and all new and crisp furniture. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with separate shower and tub. The second bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed and a twin trundle that can be pulled out at the bottom. This bedroom has its own bathroom. Pull out couch for extra guests in the living room. Two one-man kayaks are included at no extra cost.
Prices starting at $1650/wk, including all holidays and lobster week $1950/wk Rent is $6,200 for 4 weeks. This includes $160 cleaning fee, $50 booking fee and 12.5% tax. Damage deposits are $500. *SPECIAL 8/26-12/15 except Thanksgiving week ...$1450/wk**
