GREAT fishing right from your 30' concrete step down dock, just a few feet from the Atlantric Ocean with mooring whips for your use.. There is locked storage for all your boat gear under the house. Bait freezer and fish cleaning table.
3 flat screen TV's, hi speed wireless internet service, washer/dryer, all new and crisp furnishings.
King bed in the master with ensuite bath with shower and separate tub.
The second bedroom has a double bed/ with a twin (bunk) on top. That bedroom also has it's own bath. Pull out couch in the living room for an extra guest.
**Two one man kayaks are included for your pleasure** $50 fee if the hose bib keys are not returned.
Prices starting at $1350/wk with all holidays and lobster weeks $1650/wk
$5,000 per 4 weeks, $125 cleaning, $35 booking fee, 12.5% taxes and $500 refundable damage deposit.
