Protected dockage on the canal side of the extra large lot. Lots of room for sunning in the yard, or large screened porch for those that want some shade. TV's in each bedroom as well as the living room (not flat screens). Hi speed internet service, all the ammenities you would need for a truly relaxing time. Very quiet neighborhood, walk to shops and restaurants.
Please note that the screened porch is no longer screened.
45' step down dock with additional space along the sewall. Bait freezer as well.
