There is room for everyone in our 3 master suites. Each has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. A small bunk room is available for the children. A twin bedroom is also located off of one of the master rooms for the other children. They do walk through the master bedroom. Total of 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room are oversized and lead directly to the pool deck ....... which is partially covered and fully screened. The pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the Gulf ..... The large pool area features a gas barbecue, tables and chairs and panoramic views. Just 1 lot away from the Gulf, you can get 90' of protected dockage. You can also use the bait freezer and fish cleaning table. You can fish from the dock, and you (and your kids) will be entertained. There are SEVEN TVs as well as a fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig Coffee Maker and LOTS OF counter space. Hi-speed wireless internet. The living room has a pull-out couch and two love seats. There is plenty of space for everyone to gather.
Please note that there is a parking easement for your neighbor to the left. There is NO PARKING on either side of the home (from the road, looking at the home) and NO PARKING anywhere in the street. Also, the neighbors are fussy when it comes to garbage cans. Please put them out on Sunday and Thursday PM, and please bring them in the next morning. Thank you
