This 3 bedroom, 2 baths home is the perfect place to spend your Florida Keys vacation. This Key West-style town home is situated on nearly 6 acres lushly landscaped land, and offers stunning views of the Canal both from the First Level Balconies and the Second Level Balconies. The upper and lower balconies have shaded seating areas that are perfect for entertaining guests and relaxing. You can entertain guests at the breakfast bar while using the fully equipped kitchen. This home is located in a resort style community with a beautifully designed pool area, close to tourist attractions, shopping, charter boats and other amenities. The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras to ensure your safety. The property is not pet friendly and does not allow smoking.

A nightly charge is charged for trailer storage off-site.

If you need to use the ramp, please call or stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon to schedule an appointment. The crew will set up your trailer by the ramp, so that you can hook it up and load the boat. After loading, you can use the hose provided to quickly rinse your brakes and axles and flush out your engines. Please note that we can only guarantee one boat can fit on the dock if you are planning to travel with a vessel.
