For a wonderful Hill Country getaway, book your stay at New Braunfels Farmhaus! Conveniently located within walking distance of Schlitterbahn Waterpark, the New Braunfels Shoot on the Comal River, and many of New Braunfels’ fabulous restaurants, this location is hard to beat! With two stylish bedrooms and one sparkling bathroom, New Braunfels Farmhaus can comfortably host up to five guests. This historical home was recently remodeled and offers the perfect blend of character and luxury. The lush yard, adorable front porch, and luxurious furnishings make this home the perfect spot for your getaway. New Braunfels Farmhaus is one of two darling houses located on the property which can be rented separately or together. Make sure to check out the recently remodeled New Braunfels Farmhaus Loft if traveling in a larger group.

You’ll know you’ve arrived when you spot the adorable robin’s egg blue and limestone exterior of New Braunfels Farmhaus. Step inside and enter the living room, with its rich blues and clean neutrals. This room offers a luxurious, and welcoming place to relax. The large screen television offers the perfect space to watch your favorite sports team. Admire the antique buffet complemented by refined furnishings and charming decor. The golden toned wood flooring adds a warm touch to the cool blues of the space. Lift the shades and let the Texas sunlight flow in or keep them closed and turn on the lamps for quiet ambiance. This room is the perfect place to cozy up for a movie night or simply relax and enjoy each other's company.

Drop your bags in your bedroom and get ready for an unforgettable stay. The classy bedrooms are nearly identical with their lush white comforters and rich navy blue decor. And of course, it wouldn’t be a Farmhaus without some signature shiplap detailing. The recently renovated bathroom follows the style of the home with navy blue touches to the gorgeous tile flooring and his and hers sinks. The owners have provided soft towels for your comfort and basic toiletries for your convenience.

After a restful nights’ sleep, head to the breakfast nook to brew a cup of coffee. With two plush gingham chairs, a futon sofa, breakfast table, and barstools, there is plenty of seating at mealtime. If traveling in a group, this will be a great place to gather. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need, whether preparing a full course meal or sack lunches for your river excursion. The Farmhaus sink, sparkling countertops and unique blue backsplash make this kitchen as stylish as it is functional.

The outdoor spaces at New Braunfels Farmhaus are another big plus. Picture yourself here, spending a fun evening with friends and family, enjoying delicious bites and your favorite beverages. Manicured landscaping surrounds the covered patio area, offering a grill, six-seater outdoor dining table, and drapes to pull closed for when the Texas sun gets a little too warm. For those who enjoy a little friendly competition, the shared garage offers endless fun with its game room to include a foosball table, ping pong table, dart board as well as outdoor games of cornhole, yard dice, and bikes to cruise around town.

The property was thoughtfully named New Braunfels Farmhaus as a nod to the area’s German heritage. Centrally located in New Braunfels, this home is just a short drive away from all that the Hill Country has to offer.

Take a drive to Canyon Lake and rent a boat or jet skis for a fun afternoon on the water. Check out the music calendar at Whitewater Amphitheater and rock out at a concert! Explore New Braunfels and Gruene and enjoy fabulous restaurants and live music. A day of tubing, kayaking, and rafting on the Guadalupe River is always fun. Families and children will especially love Schlitterbahn Water Park and Landa Park.

Whether you’re an outdoorsman or a shopaholic, there is so much to do in San Marcos! Rent a tube or paddleboard and float down the spring-fed San Marcos River. Head over to the Meadows Center and hop on the glass-bottom boat tour for a closer look and a unique perspective of the beautiful river. Visit the over 240 shops at the outlet mall for a day of endless shopping. Hike the trails at Purgatory Creek Natural Area and take in the beauty.

Spend the day in Wimberley, browsing the darling shops, delicious restaurants, and local wineries and breweries. Outdoor enthusiasts will love Jacobs Well and Blue Hole Regional Park for swimming, kayaking, and hiking trails. Blanco has several popular attractions for outdoorsmen, historians, and foodies. Blanco State Park offers fishing, swimming, and hiking. For those interested in the historical Old West, The Buggy Barn has over 140 covered wagons. Real Ale Brewing Company offers guided tours and a taproom tasting experience.

Further down the road, spend the day exploring Fredericksburg. Travel to Wine Road 290 which offers 19 wineries, all within a few miles of each other. Visit one of Fredericksburg’s two amazing museums: the National Museum of the Pacific War and the Pioneer Museum. During the summer, make sure to stop by a fruit stand and grab some famous Fredericksburg peaches.

In Kerrville, Schreiner Park is located on 517 acres along the Guadalupe River, where you can swim, rent boats, or explore hiking trails.
