This recently renovated home, located on the beach side of 30A is one of 14 homes in the quiet neighborhood Mar-A-Lago Villas. This beautiful home has a stunning view of the coast dune lake from every floor. The community pool is just outside the back door. All this and only a short bike ride or walk to the beach, and minutes from Seaside or The Hub. Seagrove is both laid-back and luxurious. This beach neighborhood has everything, from upscale boutiques and casual cafes to rare coastal dune lake, a state park, as well as sugar-white sand beaches.

This spacious home features a porch on every floor. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a queen-size and a twin bed. The 2nd floor has a porch that opens to the living room and an updated kitchen. The master bedroom on the third floor has a private balcony. A third floor guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, a twin over twin and a twin full. There is also a small balcony.
