This property features the following: *Quiet neighborhood * Only 3.5 miles from the beach * Smart TV * Laundry room * Coffee Station *BBQ *Kayak and pedal boat available for rental Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and the deposit collection. In order to ensure a worry-free stay we collect a $500 refundable deposit. This property is NOT pet friendly. Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation. We offer dock space for your boat, depending on availability upon request, rate is $10 per foot (flat fee per stay). We can accommodate boats up to 32 feet long. Air draft max length is 12 feet (bridge nearby). Interaction

We give our guests space but we're available when needed As your host, we are available from 0800-2100 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are renting a private home and not a hotel thus our response time is not immediate, as it would be a hotel.

Professional landscapers maintain the outdoor area twice a month. You may also rent some kayak from local vendors.

There is an outside deck and patio that are fully furnished so you can lounge or enjoy your meal relaxing and appreciating the beautiful South Florida weather. *New Kitchen fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials. *Oversized yard and onsite parking available for up to 2 vehicles and a boat trailer. *40 ft dock that you can utilize, that can be used for relaxing, or to bring a boat (only insured watercrafts are allowed to dock). Depends on availability upon request, rate is $10 per foot (flat fee per stay). We can accommodate boats up to 32 feet long.
